Welcome to Madera Financial and Madera Realty Tucson's 'one stop shop' for mortgage and real estate services. Our president and former banking executive, William Martin, started the mortgage company in 1988 and the real estate company in 1993 to provide  full service real estate related functions. His 30+ years of commercial and residential lending experience are the cornerstone of the company.

Today, we are more than 35 employees strong and situated in office buildings located at 5956 E. Pima St. Suite 100 Tucson, AZ 85712 . Our offices are complete with 'state of the art' on line computerized listing services and mortgage loan services. This unique combination of services enables our customers to access on line information about their listing, properties to purchase, real property data, mortgage loan programs, a 1003 loan application and more. At Madera, we go the extra mile to serve our customers by providing convenience and unparalleled service.

The two companies co- exist as a "controlled business relationship" which was approved by congress under the Real Estate and Procedures Act of 1974. We provide numerous options of service and never require the use of one company or the other. However, our customers love the combination of services and so will you! As required by law, no loan officer in our company who originates a HUD loan is a licensed real estate agent.
